Dorothy May Cramer Goodall
Camarillo, CA
Dorothy May Cramer Goodall, 96, passed away on March 22, 2018. She passed peacefully in the comfort of her home.
Dorothy was born in Lemoore, California, in 1921 to Bertha and Harold Cramer. She attended San Luis Obispo Senior High School. Dorothy furthered her education at San Luis Obispo Jr. College, where she met her husband Ralph Goodall. They married in 1946 in San Luis Obispo, and moved to the San Fernando Valley, where they raised both their children, Nancy and James. Dorothy worked to support Ralph as he earned his accounting degree, and then helped him at home with his accounting business. When Ralph became Executive Vice President of the International Arabian Horse Association in 1962, Dorothy worked with him in the Show Records Department for many years. Their home in Tarzana was always a place of love and fun - they had many parties for family and friends and loved to spend time by the pool.
Dorothy and Ralph retired and moved to Camarillo Springs in 1986. They traveled the world together, visiting Europe, Africa, China, Japan, Jamaica, Hawaii, and many places across the US. Dorothy loved adventure, music, dancing, a good party, and a good joke - she was a one-of-a-kind woman who loved her family and brought so much joy to all who knew her.
She is survived by her brother Bud Cramer; son and daughter-in-law Jim and Emily Goodall; son-in-law Chris Bradford; granddaughter Jena and Mike Branstetter; grandson, Tim Bradford; and great-grandson, William Branstetter. She was preceded in death by her parents Bertha and Harold “Jack” Cramer, husband Ralph Goodall, and daughter Nancy Bradford.
