Join us for our annual Wreaths Across America Program.

Dia De Los Muertos
Conejo Mountain Funeral Home, Memorial Park & Crematory and the Inlakech Cultural Arts Center will be hosting the 13th Annual Dia de Los Muertos Ceremony and celebration in 2022; preserving the traditional Mexican spiritual practices of honoring the dead and cultural customs. The theme for 2019 was “Manteniendo Familias Unidas”
Día de los Muertos is a traditional Mexican celebration that remembers the life of family members and friends who have passed away. Altars are built in their honor, that include photos of the loved one, food they enjoyed, activities they participated in, and other special items.
Come and observe the traditional altars representing the different regions of Mexico; from the northern states of Chihuahua to the southern states of Oaxaca. Experience their rich traditions and how they continue to maintain them in the United States. It is a vibrant illuminating showcased highlighting this special event in Ventura County. Come enjoy the renowned world class, special musical guest performers serenading our special guest at the cemetery. Be part of the ceremonial procession around the park; walking, singing, crying and remembering your love ones. *Free entrance for the entire family. Food-Vendors-Art exhibitions-Entertainment, a religious blessing and a spiritual march/procession around the cemetery. Join us on this most memorable celebration with the community, live music and cultural performances, vendor booths, arts and crafts, and authentic Latino foods. You will have the opportunity to participate in voting for a classic cars contest, win prizes. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2022.
