Dear Erin,

Your kindness and wisdom in helping us create a beautiful memorial celebration for our mom was a gift and we cherish the memory of that day. You were there for us, answered our questions and made changes with grace and patience. What a relief to have you there that Saturday morning! You had a computer when we needed one, you helped us get organized and even moved tables! You made sure we knew where we were supposed to be and the order of service. You even made sure we had the music! Thank God for you.

I want to thank Nick Rios for helping me and my family during one of the worst times of our lives when my daughter, died in July. He was compassionate and kind. He never made me feel rushed, and he seemed to genuinely care about what we were going through. He always made time for me, no matter what I needed. I also want to thank whoever it was that took care and did Madison’s makeup. You took care of both perfectly, and I cannot tell you the relief I felt when I saw her for the last time, as did her father. We looked at several funeral homes before coming to you, and you were by far the classiest and most comfortable place to see our daughter off. Thank you to all of you for helping us through this.

Erin, thank you for handling everything so beautifully. My family and I really appreciate all the care that was provided by you and the staff. A big thank you to all!!!!

On behalf of our entire family I wanted to say thank you and express our deep gratitude for your guidance and help with our mothers cremation and memorial. Everything was just right, and you and your staff were wonderful to work with. I know you were both very busy in November with the fires and the shooting tragedy; nonetheless you treated us with patience and kindness. From the receptionists to the staff at the cremation, cemetery site and memorial venue, courtesy and professionalism shone through and made us feel really good about saying our final goodbyes to our mother.

They took excellent care of my son. They’re thoughtful, caring and compassionate You never ask to many questions as far as they’re concern. I had the pleasure working with Franchesca and Patrick. Both professionals with heart and compassion to help and guide use when we’re not our best but will stand and tell you we’ve got is all taken care of - even when your running 30 minutes late... lol Prices wise I would say you get what you paid for - not sure how they compare price wise - but we have google now - no reason not to be informative nowadays.

I attended the Memorial Services for my cousin Dicky Don Biggs on April 9, 2018 at Conejo Mountain. I had never been to Conejo Mountain Funeral Home before. I was so impressed by its beauty and how well the facility is maintained. I was especially impressed by the people who work there. I especially want to compliment the receptionist Sandy Byrd who was very friendly and helpful. I also want to compliment Glenn Mossembekker who went above and beyond to make the reception area welcoming and was very friendly. The Biggs Family was very pleased with how the services were handled and they especially appreciated everyone's helpfulness. My compliments to everyone.

I have lived in Camarillo since 1966.  Camarillo is blessed to have the Conejo Mountain Funeral Home, Memorial Park & Crematory.  My loved ones (grandmother, father, two uncles and a nephew) are at the Memorial Park.  My sweet, wonderful husband of 45 years passed away two weeks ago, and I was fortunate to have selected Conejo Mountain to take care of me, my family, and my beloved husband, Robert Elder.  Danny Connell, Funeral Arranger for Conejo Mountain welcomed us and made the most incredible arrangements for Bob, my husband.  My husband was a police officer for the Oxnard Police Department, so Danny met the challenges of working closely with the Police Department to execute the family and police department's expectations for the funeral.  We will never forget the courtesy of the staff and managing partner Steve Mora.  Our experience was flawless.

We just wanted you know how awsome Patrick Boetticher and Danny Connell were in helping with our Grandughters service. They were so kind  and compassionate for dealing with such a sad and hard situation. They went 100% out of thier way, even working on a day off, and being able to do the burial on thursday was such a blessing. We are so thankful for that.and know our daughter and son in-law were so thankful to know it sone and hanging over them until monday. What a belssing it is to have such kind people to work with during hard times. Patrick also helped us 5 years ago with our Son. Your other employees who assisted, including the ground crew were awsome.  Mince Family

To all involved- My niece, Kristy buried her Lil' Baby on Thursday- which was a very heartwrenching situation. But I feel the need to write & thank you for your kidness and respect. Patrick & Danny, my Sister said you couldn't have been more careing & understanding & Generous & She is so grateful to you both! To the gentleman who were at the service in the back - thank you for your warm countenances & for not maing us feel pressured to hurry. On February 24th a year after our
father's passing we interned his ashes at
Conejo Mountain. Your staff was
courteous, friendly and accommodating
making us feel at ease.. Kevin went out
of his way to see things went smoothly
and that our needs were met.. Both Kevin
and Glenn were very patience as there
was a major accident on the 405/101
Interchange closing it down making
family members late.They never rushed
us instead reassuring it would be fine.
There was another gentleman helping for
part of the time but unfortunately I didn't
get his name. Our mother left that day
knowing she not only picked the right
place for our father but also for herself.
